Sonya McGuire first founded her business in 1993, as an IT consultant and service provider in Darwin and Gold Coast Queensland Australia. Sonya also founded her education college in Gold Coast in 1993, in the area of information technology education training and job placement services. Australian College of Information Technology started with a mission to provide training and employment placement to locals in 1993. The college has since provided education and employment support services for three decades and thousands of students have been given new careers in local industry. The employers in Queensland are also receiving Traineeships education online services provided to Australian and Permenant residents for almost 28 years.
the college specialises in training courses that leads to real lucrative careers, and graduate visa for many international students leading into permanent stay and sponsorship in Australia.
DIGITAL PRODUCTION STUDIOS
In 1999, OPTUS Vision was purchased and renamed “IFTV. Institute of Film and television and production studios to add to existing college structure adding Diploma level training in TV and Film subjects. The college has been in operations for 30 years in 2023 offering services in IT, telecommunications, Digital Media and Business courses. The college offers internships with local industry which has been a great success story. IFTV Studios Gold Coast creates digital productions, short film, web development, digital videos and collaborates with French television industries. Studios also responsible for original artistic designs for Sonya McGuire personal logo, crest, label, perfumes and beauty brand MAISON SONYA.
